Placer QC was founded in 2007 by Rick S. Beardsley, CMB.

Rick has over 20 years of experience in the banking and mortgage banking industries with management positions in credit, compliance, sales and operations.  He has worked as a bank branch manager, loan processor, underwriter, collector, doc drawer, shipper, and auditor.  His experience and training give him a thorough understanding of mortgage banking operations.  Rick holds the Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
